Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

• Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
