Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery: 5–6 Business Days
Most customers receive their orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Updates & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
A tracking number (when available) will be provided so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive your package, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact you to arrange delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Toy Heaven is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives with any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
